EFFLUENTS ELIMINATORS
Using the latest available technologies, GALAXIE builds Effluents Eliminators on a turnkey basis, for industries and applications worldwide. GALAXIE mostly fabricates spray dryers and eliminators, and also works with its customers to retrofit, modernize, and relocate existing equipment. We test customers’ products for drying by others, train customer’s staff and auxiliary equipment that may be needed.
ELIMINATION FOR ATOMIZATION
This patented process is basically a dryer for atomization (Spray Dryer), but appropriate to work to very high temperatures but in simple and economic way, which has big advantages with regard to other types of Effluents Treatment, for its low installation cost, its reduced size compared to the Plants of treatment conventional and easy disposition of the solid residual.
ADVANTAGES OF ELIMINATING BY ATOMIZATION:
• High performance, because very high temperatures are used, what diminishes the consumption of fuel considerably.
• High performance, due to a very fast process (a few seconds)
• Elimination of organic pollutants by combustion.
• Recovery of the contained solids. To avoid to lose them or to send them to the atmosphere.
